Everything; great location, value for money, the apartment is very modern, clean and functional, close to many restaurants and the places worth to sea. I would strongly recommend it for stay in Szczecin.

We selected this appartement based on informations in booking.com portal and were really satisfied by the easy communication with the owner and very good condition of the appartement. Technically, everything is available you need, even air condition in summer (but not necessary for us at a cold weekend - so heating was working very well.) The location is almost perfect, close to the inner city, harbor and a lot of interesting spots within less than 2 km walking distance. It was our first short impression of Szczecin, we met only friendly people and found nice restaurants even for vegan / vegetarians.

The host is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, quiet and spacious, with a large bathroom. There is a lift from the ground floor, which helps when moving luggage.

The apartment is near the old town hall, there are many restaurants around. The city cebter is easily accessible by foot . It was clean, there were tea, coffee and spices at the apartment. It was calm.
