In a private and serene location with sublime views. Very close proximity to the village with ample restaurants to choose from

Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.

Villa Nautica has a stunning location, on three levels. Sun deck and access to the sea. easy access by car to Sivota. Great villa for friends or family gatherings. Thank you to you all.

Best is sitting on the veranda and watching the sailyacht going by. No noise from kids at pool since it's smart located. We even saw dolphins just in front of the house.
