The harbor view room was incredible. I wish I had a free day to just stay in the hotel and stare out my window. The continental breakfast was delicious and generous and the dining room also has a great harbor view. I enjoy walking, so I liked that it was in North Sydney and that I got to walk across the harbor bridge every day (though I understand this would be a downside; the ferry was another option, or having a car or getting a taxi are much quicker). It was really easy to navigate the area by foot. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Very comfortable beds. Spacious room.

An honest review There’s a lot to like, and some mini things not to ;) - we had super clean windows and the most exciting view - Sunset was super beautiful - Spacious room in which you can easily dine, table and very comfortable chairs included and an extra comfy lounge chair to enjoy the view from - The hotel is perfectly located just a stones throw away from the new and the older metro line, therefore it takes you only round about 10 minutes to CBD and 30 minutes to Bondi beach - happy hour in the bar from 4-6pm (01/2026) was a nice and welcome treat - Staff was extraordinary helpful and kind with one rude exception (this can happen, it wasn’t a big issue for us) - Beds are super comfy, two very different pillows per person, perfect - Bathroom is new-ish, the rest is from some days ago but clean and still beautiful - The entire room and bathroom is well planned, knobs, lots of space to store your things, amazing powerful hair dryer, the softest toilet paper and soap as well as body lotion (cruelty free and vegan) - Early check in was not an issue and not even mentioned in our case - Check out was smooth and easy - Apple TV in the room! You can login to your account and get comfy, amazing! - Lots of small cafes and some restaurants as well as ‘fast food’ options nearby, totally walkable - Attractions like parks and Wendy’s secret garden is only a short walk away - Air condition was super performant and not too loud - Cleaning was on point and always when we weren’t in the room, nobody disturbed us even once (in other hotel cleaners even knocked when we had the do not disturb sign on) - In room dining was so affordable and served with a smile!

EVERYTHING!!!!! Location, views, proximity to North SYD station + shops, clean, comfortable, awesome shower, breakfast, drinks voucher, super friendly check in staff & restaurant staff, beautiful bar area and lovely foyer + easy pickup/dropoff zone for Ubers.
