Central, close to public transport, and near the CBD where I had several meetings. Numerous dining options right outside the front door. Staff were really helpful.

the location was perfect, the staff were lovely. They were able to hold my luggage before my late flight, which meant I could make use of he day.

The room was perfect for a solo traveller. It was small in a good way. The location was great as well as it was a couple minute walk from the Museum train station, Chinatown, and the Capitol Theatre.
