First, one has to be aware that Ultimo Homestay is not a hotel, but you rent a room with some shared facilities. Depending on the room you book, the shared facilities might be the kitchen and the bathroom. I stayed in room 5, top level, which has its own bathroom, including a shower. The rooms on the 2nd floor seem to have a shared bathroom. The room and the house were clean and tidy and gave a good impression. For me, this place was ideal because of the location, which allows you to reach everything in Sydney on foot and by public transport easily. The Wifi worked fine. There was also no noise problem. I barely heard or saw the other guests. It was also one of the cheapest options for accommodation I found in Sydney (my requirements: own room, own bathroom, and free Wifi).

Good price and good location! Owners are very fast with communication and friendly. Overall good hygienic space and comfortable bed, would book again in the future.
