The value for money and the close proximity to everything including public transport such as the trams. Love the personal balcony also.

The convenience of being near the L1 train line, and being close to shops and the university. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was great too. Loved that it is serviced.

I had a late check-in, but I was provided with all the information I needed to check in out of hours and it was very easy to do and follow the instructions. It was simple. I found Street parking easy at that time of the afternoon so I didn't need to pay for parking at the accommodation. My room is located on the first floor with a balcony that faced the hospital and the light rail. I didn't realise the light rail was going to be so close. There was noise from the light rail during the evening, but it wasn't overly disturbing. You are able to walk from the hotel to close by food places in Randwick, and there is lots to choose from. The room itself was neat and tidy, with basic necessities. The bathroom was extremely small, but because it was just myself, it wasn't an issue. I checked out also before staff came on duty and this was also a simple process. If you need to prepare any food at the premises, there is a kitchen with a stovetop and microwave in a communal area. That was very neat and tidy. It also had a washing machine and dryer. The area itself was quiet and the streets were safe to walk at night.
