The fine print
Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.Please note that construction work is taking place nearby (73 Windmill Street, Millers Point) and some rooms may be affected by noise.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location Close to cafes, transport, and great walks- Barangaroo Spacious and clean. Easy check in and out Felt safe

The location was really lovely in the Rocks area. It was a a 10 minute walk to Circular Quay which connects you to the train, light rail and ferries as well as plenty of restaurants and shops looking out at the Harbour bridge and Opera House. The house was equipped with a kitchen and small dining table with two chairs. This was suitable for my partner and I who stayed for 5 days as we were able to cook breakfast every morning or store other food and snacks. The living room came with a TV that used antenna and a sofa. The bedroom had a closet with sufficient enough storage. The appartment is located on the second floor so you will need a bit of strength to carry your belongings up two flights of stairs. This appartment did not have a mind blowing view as the windows pointed towards another house but personally we were not spending the whole day looking out the window anyways. The natural lighting was really lovely though. I did really appreciate the host's hospitality. I found that the instructions and information regarding the property where shared in a timely manner and were very detailed and easy to follow. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with :)
