The facility was clean, and the room was very comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Bed and pillows were excellent. Shower was hot and water pressure also excellent. Room was basic, one and what I would call a half bedroom which was adequate for 3 of us. location is 5 minute walk to train stn, Westfield etc..

Room was very spacious. Living area was quite big. The hotel is located perfectly in close proximity to Westfield shopping Centre and some nice restaurants in Parramatta.

MMM two of my friend told me that staff come in the room time approx 9.15am but time is out 10am end of the day, why did the staff come in early???? just to let u know. other person hand the card due she has to go early that why you think we gone no no . next time check card how many before go inside. thank you
