In the event a room account exceeds this figure, a payment will be requested to bring the account back to zero.Please note that the hotel’s standard check-in in time is 1400h, however, this does not apply to room reservations made under the Deluxe King – Check-In After 20h30 Only or Deluxe Twin – Check-In After 20h30 rate. Room reservations made under these rates are reserved for arrival from 20h30. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist was able to organize an extra cot for us right away as we had an extra guest stay with us for the first couple of nights. The bellhop noticed when we were leaving and trying to figure out which way to go to get to somewhere specific and chimed in to help point us in the right direction and gave us a map. The room service was quick, efficient, and quality, as was the food service in the restaurant and cidery.

Location is perfect. Concierge and reception available all the time. Myriad of food outlets for dinner within a short walk. Coles attached to the complex made it super easy. Secure.short stroll to chinatown and the markets. Short stroll to pitt street mall. Smells amazing on entry. Nice ambience. Very welcoming. Breakfast was great. The team member that checked us in (Robert) was exceptional. Bath tub in our room made it ppssible to truly relax after a long day out. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning for our next short break.

Overall, value for money for a facility that included everything was very appealing. The location also made navigating the city easy. The accomodations to store luggage prior to and after check in was much appreciated.
