Upon arrival for our Anniversary the delightful young lady on check in was so lovely. She acknowledged our anniversary and also our Marriot membership. She informed me that there was a problem with the airconditioning and was very quick to offer a fan.

We had the most amazing experience at Pier One. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and had the most stunning view — it felt like a luxury escape right on the water. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The food and drinks were also exceptional, and every little detail made our stay feel special. I highly recommend Pier One to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be returning!
