Apartment Hotel Overview

Situated on the city centre's edge, Nesuto Woolloomooloo offers spacious studio apartments in a beautiful heritage listed 4 storey building, located amongst traditional Sydney terrace houses in historic Woolloomooloo.
Each air-conditioned apartment at Nesuto Woolloomooloo includes high ceilings, bathrooms, kitchenette and a living/dining area with cable TV. Some apartments also have a private balcony and laundry facilities.
Guests enjoy 1GB of free WiFi per day. There is a coin-operated guest laundry and bed linen is provided in all rooms. A fitness centre and children’s playground, tennis & basketball courts are located opposite the Apartments.
Nesuto Woolloomooloo is a 3-minute walk from the restaurants, bars and shops at the historic Finger Wharf. It is a 20-minute walk through the Botanic Gardens via the Art Gallery of NSW to Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay. The property is a 15 minute walk to Sydney Tower, Hyde Park and the Central Business district.

The Studio Apartments all vary in design, layout and bedding configuration. They are fully self-contained and have kitchenettes with a stove top and microwave, combined lounge and dining area with LCD TV with free to air, WiFi access, and an en suite bathroom. Some apartments offer internal laundry facilities. Alternatively a coin-operated guest laundry is located within the building. The bedding configurations options for this apartment are 2 x queen beds or 1 king bed and 2 single beds. You may request your preferred bedding at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is subject to availability. Your apartment will receive a light housekeeping service every second day of your stay, if your stay is of 4 nights or more.

These Two-Bedroom Apartments are fully self-contained and feature a full length balcony, offering spectacular panoramic views of the city scape of Sydney’s CBD, Sydney Tower and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. This apartment is an older style and includes a kitchen with a stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a dining area to accommodate up to 8 persons. The apartment also features a separate lounge area, LCD TV with free to air, WiFi access, two separate bathrooms each with a walk-in shower and laundry facilities. Your apartment will receive a light housekeeping service every second day of your stay, if your stay is of 4 nights or more.

The Junior Two-Bedroom Apartments all vary in design and consist of two separate bedrooms. All apartments are fully self-contained and have full kitchens with a stove top, oven, full sized fridge and microwave as well as combined lounge and dining areas with an LCD TV with free to air, WiFi access, and an en suite bathroom with combination clothes washer and dryer. Please note that there is no option for a balcony or city views in this apartment style, which are located on the first and second floor. Your apartment will receive a light housekeeping service every second day of your stay, if your stay is of 4 nights or more.

These apartments all vary in design,are fully self-contained and have full kitchens with a stove top, dishwasher and microwave. They also include combined lounge and dining areas with an LCD TV with free to air as well as WiFi access and an en suite bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Your apartment will receive a light housekeeping service every second day of your stay, if your stay is of 4 nights or more.

I got a last minute half price special which was good value. I would have been disappointed paying full price. Had two queen beds and a fold out sofa. good amount of clean towels and toiletries. Very clean and secure. Fabulous cafe just on the corner. Plenty of parking on the street. Right across from the navy base so was cool to see the ships. Several pubs and restaurants within 200 metres.

Very quiet location. Easy to get too. Plenty of places to eat around the apartments. Decent size studio apartment. Friendly staff.
