Easy check in, was great for a week work trip. Bed was comfy and the kitchen was handy. It was too cold but the rooftop and pool is great! Good views over the city.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived early, hoping to just leave our car there to go for walk only to find they had our room ready. Cold winters day they had our heater on. Very sweet of them. Carparking was very easy on site. Clean room.great value. Wonderful staff.Will definitely be back.

The customer service was exceptional. We made a special request at the time of booking which was gracefully fulfilled. On the day, staff sent us detailed information about accessing the room and parking. They were very helpful and friendly.
