📍 **Prime Location:** This property is nestled in Balmain, Sydney's artsy neighborhood, offering a quiet yet convenient setting. With easy access to nearby bus stops and ferry terminals, it takes only about 15 minutes to reach Circular Quay or Darling Harbour. Plenty of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, catering perfectly to daily needs and travel convenience. 💙 **The Host:** The host is professional, very friendly, and highly experienced. While there were some minor communication hiccups initially regarding a couple of small issues, the host provided exceptionally detailed check-in instructions and property information. Overall, the stay was very convenient. 🛁 **Stay Experience:** Although the check-in process involved a bit of hassle due to a delayed instruction email, the overall stay was pleasant. * **Important Note:** Do NOT rely solely on Google Maps for the address (it's incorrect!). Locate "The Cottage Balmain" restaurant instead – the entrance is at its back door (this is the entry to the shared building where the property is located). * **Accommodation:** The property has two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a large double bed, and the second bedroom has two comfortable single beds (approx. 1.5m wide). Rooms are spacious with ample wardrobe storage. * **Amenities:** * Well-equipped for living: Includes a Bosch washer and dryer, adding great convenience. * The kitchen is one of the best-stocked I've seen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a comprehensive set of cookware, crockery, and utensils are all provided, making cooking easy. * The living area has a sofa and coffee table. The dining area is flooded with natural light, creating a very pleasant spot to relax.

Fantastic for walking to darling St bars and restaurants! Also great to just chill at home in the lounge with wine and take out.
