The fine print
If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.74% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat, AliPay, Union Pay or JCB card. Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. Your credit or debit card will be charged within 48 hours after the booking is made. Additional terms and conditions apply, please contact the hotel for further information using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to $2000 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 10 rooms or more. During the stay dates selected our suites are undergoing renovations during the day until 21NOV26. This may impact lift availability due to increased demand. We recommend adding some extra time to your ride.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Meriton is our go to because of the staff, cleanliness, attention to detail. The rooms are set out brilliantly and you have everything need including cooking facilities if you want to stay in. Our room this time had a beautiful big balcony which is great to sit and read or have brekky on etc... This is our 2nd stay at Waterloo Meriton as it is so close to The Entertainment Quarter where our show was, shopping and a big park. Will definitely be back.
