The fine print
If you do not arrive by 11 pm on your arrival date, and have not informed the property in advance, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation. Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made by credit or debit card, or via EFTPOS. Unless you pay in advance, you will be required to pay for the entire stay and any additional charges upon arrival at the hotel.
Card payments: Please note that a 1.66% charge applies to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and JCB card payments. All bedrooms (excluding studios and mini-suites) have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds. Every three days, your suite will receive an express service, including making the beds with existing linen, replacing towels and toiletries, loading the dishwasher and emptying the rubbish bins.
For stays of more than seven nights, your suite will receive a full clean, including fresh linen every seven days.
A valid ID in the name of the cardholder is required upon check-in. Please note that pre-authorisation of a credit, debit or EFTPOS card is required at the time of booking.- To secure your reservation, please ensure that there are sufficient funds on your card. You will also be required to pay a bond at check-in. This will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studios/Suites with one bedroom: Up to AU$100- Suites with two bedrooms: Up to AU$200- Suites with three bedrooms: Up to AU$400- Penthouses: Up to AU$2,000New Year's Eve: Prepayment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton within two business days requesting payment, which must be made within 24 hours of receiving the email.- Group bookings: Please note that different policies apply to bookings of 10 rooms or more.

Great location as easy access to Haymarket. So close to the Capitol Theatre, that we could stroll over for events. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

The location of these apartments are incredible. It was extremely convenient and we would potentially stay here again purely for the location. As we like to be close to the light rail on George St and like to go to Darling Square. The apartment was clean and had great kitchen and laundry facilities, which we didn’t use but looked well equipped. The staff were friendly. Some things to note: The parking is accessible via a car lift, we were able to get our twin cab Ute in it easily enough, but possibly would have been helpful to have some better guidance when arriving as to how this all worked. We wanted to check out and leave the car for the rest of the day, which I would assume is common, but had to get special permission for this, so definitely make sure you speak to them about the terms and conditions of the carpark because again very little instruction on this was provided both at the carpark and at reception.
