If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB cards.All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.Every 3 days, your suite will receive an express service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a full service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every 7 days.A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking.Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.A bond is also required at check-in. The room was clean and spacious. And the spa and sauna was a nice way to relax and unwind. The location was 10/10! Staying close to the light rail lines made getting around really convenient!

What a beautiful room in a stunning location! The king suite was well equipped and comfortable, with a full size fridge, cooking facilities, and laundry. We were on a high floor and the views were just stunning. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and sent a really good information email prior to our arrival. Amazing! Can’t wait to come back!
