Fed up of boring hostels ? Done with the backpackers life ? Tired after an endless trip ? Mad Monkey Potts Point has a solution to all of these problems. The hostel offers : - A welcoming place where you can chat with friendly people - Staff members doing their job properly and always happy to help - Events every night to strenghten the relationship with other travelers - Cosy bedrooms, a warm kitchen and clean bathrooms - Should I keep going ? It’s maybe better to find it by yourself. Living in Mad Monkey Potts Point was more than just a place to sleep and eat, it’s a lifestyle, where I found a family and a safe place. After a 6-month stay, I’ll bring heaps of memories back home…. From a place I’m now also calling home.

Had a jolly good time staying here, the events were fun and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free food each night was a big bonus.

I’m a transient traveller picking up casual work in Sydney and happened upon Mad Monkey Backpackers. I initially planned to stay for two weeks but was so happy with the experience that I extended for a month. The food is simple and rationed but varied enough to satisfy. The hostel attracts a diverse range of guests, and there’s always something going on, both on-site and off-site. The atmosphere is welcoming and tolerant, and the staff consistently maintain respectful and professional hospitality. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay in Sydney.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the two Sam’s on reception. The facilities are great and the events ran were so much fun and a great way to meet new friends. The location is great too.
