Clean, hassle free and quiet place to be for a long stay. I enjoyed the facility with kitchen and common areas very nicely equipped including laundry. Was a very peaceful stay!

*Location* - The place sits towards the north end of North Ryde, and is very accessible via. public transport, with a 5-ish minute walk to Macquarie Park Metro station, and a couple of buses that go past the end of the street as well. There are some good cafes and shops nearby, especially in the heart of North Ryde which is a 10-15 minute walk south-west along Lane Cove Rd. *Guest House* - There are 4 individual rooms with a shared kitchenette, all on the second storey, accessed via a door around the side. The place is very secure - each individual room, as well as the front door to the guest house, are fitted with combination locks, and the kitchen/common area is equipped with CCTV (just the common area, nothing in the rooms). They also use a labelling system for each guest to separate their items, to ensure no-one accidentally uses items belonging to another guest. The place is very clean, modern, and generally quite comfortable. You also don't meet anyone when arriving or departing, they give you the details you need before you arrive, and you can arrive anytime during the check-in window, and depart anytime during the check-out window. Very easy and flexible in that regard. Overall, a very good place to stay for a short period, or an extended one.

Hello this place was perfect for my stay. I was doing a course nearby at Macquarie park and could walk over to it within minutes. The shower in my room was fantastic as was the rest of the bathroom. Sadly I didn't have time to make use of the bath. The bed was great. Nice lamps. A desk for me to use if needed and the recliner chair with footrest just topped it off. I also loved the colour co-ordination of the dot to allow guests to place their things in the cupboards/fridge as required. The guest house has everything you need and nothing you don't.

Genuinely the nicest places I have stayed in Australia and I have stayed in many. The apartment was so clean and tidy and very modern looked like it had just been decorated. Loved the fact everything was colour coded per room.
