The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Sydney, while still being surprisingly quiet and relaxing at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The hotel also offered amazing value for money, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning — honestly comparable to some luxury hotels in the city.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location, easy access to bus and train. Easy access to cafes and supermarket. I had a harbour/ bridge view. Ability to open the window for fresh air was great.
