Need staff on-site to assist people up stairs. If booking room for more than one day should be able to leave luggage in room. It cost me $12 per day to store my luggage then had to carry it back upstairs. Causing bruises to my leg and arms.

very near to the central station which was very convenient and everything needed was just a short walk away. perfect place to crash overnight as we were out the whole day

Although the messages regarding the code for the auto-enty unnecessarily complicated, requiring three different codes, rather stressful at 9 pm after a long day traveling, I was nevertheless able to speak to someone on the phone and no doubt assistance would have been provided if needed. Sheets were clean and bed nicely made. The room, though pretty shabby, was double glazed so I heard very little outside noise from the main road.
