Family room was large and beds were comfy. Kitchen and showers were ok. Seemed clean.

I loved that it was in the heart of the city and that it was cheap! Riley the lovely Chinese girl at reception was so polite, kind and helpful and provided fantastic customer service to me!

I stayed here for quite a long time before and came back again when I returned to Sydney. I heard they changed the management recently, the whole place feels more organised, especially with noise control at night, which is great for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The staff are super friendly and helpful, love the family vibe. Will definitely come back next time!
