the staff were very friendly and helpful! The location and room price were great for what I needed, a budget room that was clean and comfortable. Hotel overall was well presented. I will stay here again if I needed to.

My parents stayed here for just under 10 days. The property is conveniently located near Redfern Station and within walking distance from Central. The room size was as expected and matched the listing. Initially, only one set of towels was provided at check-in, but the staff promptly brought additional ones when asked. During their stay, my parents encountered a few minor issues with the room, but the staff were responsive and resolved everything quickly.

It's great to have a lift. Travelling alone, I find the room size is fine. The shower has plenty of room and the water pressure is very strong and the temperature is hot.
