Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above, but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood, however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note that the lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2–3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is superb with a view of the Sydney Bridge and Opera house. Apartment very comfortable and spacious.

What a place! The views are just incredible, especially at night with the harbour bridge and the Skyline. Its very easy to get into central Sydney via ferry which goes under the bridge, another thing the kids loved! Very spacious apartment, we cooked dinner and ate in whilst looking at the views. Pool area is also great to cool off in for the kids. Welcome gift was a lovely touch, and the host was so accommodating, letting us check in an hour early. We also left our cases at reception on the leaving day while we went into the city. Just an amazing start to our holiday, I cannot recommend this place more! Thank you so much Gabriel.
