The property is clean and well maintained. Location is good - easy to get around. Properly furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Okay so I was NOT expecting to love this place as much as I did. Booked it last minute and it completely exceeded expectations. First off, no front desk, no check-in line, no awkward small talk with staff at 11pm. You get everything sent to your phone before you arrive and just walk straight in. Genuinely felt like unlocking my own apartment. Love that for me. The place itself is super clean, modern, and way more spacious than the photos suggest. Full kitchen, comfy bed, good bathroom — everything you actually need. Stayed four nights and never once wished I'd booked somewhere else. Pool on site was a huge vibe after walking around the city all day. Jumped in, immediately felt like a new person. WiFi was fast, the aircon actually worked (you'd be surprised how rare that is), and the whole digital-first thing Gia has going on just makes everything feel effortless. If you're visiting Sydney and want somewhere that feels like a proper home base without the boring hotel energy, just book this. You won't regret it.

Clean and comfortable - very good bed. Lounge is quite spacious. Location was perfect for conference at ICC. Maybe not so central but easy walk to Sydney Town Hall. Remote staff very response e.g. provided a 2nd access key
