Location is just nice. Near to bus stop and Edgecliff Train Station. Room was just nice for 4 of us. Clean and tidy except the carpet smelled a bit old. Bathroom was nice as in picture. Rushcutters Bay Park is just behind...can have picnic, but beware of friendly dogs around (if you are muslim) 😁

Well-located with proximity to a train station and grocery stores, as well as restaurants. The little kitchenette was great, and the breakfast box was a bonus. The price was fair - we had 2 double rooms. And the hosts were accommodating with our checkout time, which eased our final day there.
