The fine print
Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is very handy for Coogee beach and associated bars and retaurants. Also, it was close to the apartment of my partner's daughter which was great for socialising. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful and clean apartment with all that you need. Location is perfect as it is very close to cafes and restaurants and beach. With the central location, there is a bit of street noise. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, just a bit of road noise but not a big issue and the convenience makes up for this. Lovely appartment, nicely appointed with all you need. Very easy to deal with and we would certainly come again!
