The fine print
Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We appreciate your booking and look forward to hosting your stay.Home TruthsNo lift accessSide access is available from the front of the property to the backyard. All gated and secured.There are 10 steps from the footpath to the entrance of the home.There is construction happening 2 doors down and will commence 7am-5pm on Monday - Friday. Until the end of April there will be noisy work. The work will be done early 2025.No compensation will be offered in relation to construction noise as we've reflected our discounted price to match the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location next to coastal path with beautiful walks and so easy to walk to Bondi itself. Nice spacious home with updated bedrooms. The beds were very comfy and the water pressure was excellent in all bathrooms.

The whole accommodation was great! It had everything we needed and felt like another home. It was incredibly spacious and inviting. The location was perfect for those who wish to be near Bondi beach. The Bondi to Coogee walk was a 2min from the front door. A great place for those with big families or groups.

The location was excellent. Very close to the coastal path and easy to access Bondi Beach and other coastal areas/ beaches. The apartment itself was very spacious with communal areas that could easily accommodate everyone. The place was very welcoming and it was great having outside space to relax in. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. All in all a perfect place to stay for a family gathering.
