What my daughter and I loved were the amazing and kind staff . Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful . They gave me and my daughter excellent step by step instructions on how to get to our locations and also suggested wonderful places for my child and how to get there. My little girl adored the staff . The staff are very patient and kind with children which a lot of places are not. We were quiet and clean and respectful. This place had a wonderful eatery a short walk we kept going back to and it was right near the trams and central station. After Jonathan told us a short cut to the train station it was even closer. Taking exit 6 Devonshire got us coming back to the hotel from the train station fast rather than walking up the hill longer. The lovley lady that cleaned our room was just so kind and friendly and the room always smelled, felt and looked clean. We will miss the staff as they felt like friends after our seven day trip. We will be back again. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you.

The greeting staff was really helpful as I had (temporary) mobility issue and had to negotiate stairs to first floor. He took my bag and went above and beyond to help.
