On arrival for weekend, staff on duty were very helpful with parking and assisted with helping with luggage. No breakfast. Location had a bus lane outside the front door which we used, although we found public transport back and to elsewhere difficult to manoevre at times. It was in Sydney CBD.

The rooms were quite neat and organized. The staff would often go above and beyond to assist customers. The lobby area was conducive for hangouts. The location is perfect as it is close to the Broadway Mall, restaurants and USyd.
