A credit card pre-authorisation equal to the first night booked will be processed 72 hours prior to the arrival date for all bookings with a free cancellation until 1 day before arrival. Parking spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. The parking area is designed for small to mid-sized vehicles only. Large vehicles cannot be accommodated. While most of the staff on the desk didn't engage with guests the guy on reception when we arrived was excellent.

On arrival I received an upgrade to the executive suite and it was awesome! Very large room, kitchen and amazing comfy bed in a quiet room. Staff were super helpful and the cafe / breakfast beside reception does really good food and coffee. Highly recommend.

The location is great for the city and transport links. Fitzroy is a great area for boutiques and restaurants. Without having to go into the city centre. Really large apartment space with comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff.
