Location and cleanliness. Even though it is on the top of of a bat, we didn't hear any noise. That's perfect.

The location was brilliant plenty of facilities available virtually right at the top of the main street great walk or tram to circular Quay

fine for a night or 2. very quiet - when I realised there was a casino below, open until 4am, I assumed it would be noisy.

Didn't like the steps but that's my health problems. Room was small but comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
