Excellent value for money with the provision of half board, i.e complimentary breakfast & evening meal. Clean, warm & comfortable room. Great chef who cooked the meals. Friendly staff especially Clarice on the digital screen who was kind & considerate, & the kitchen staff. This was my first experience of not dealing with a real person on reception so it took a bit of adjusting to but that was fine. Convenient location very close to the light rail & public transport.

The room was big enough and the beds had privacy curtains, that is a very big plus in a hostel. The staff was very kind and, when I needed, to ask something, they were helpful

1. It was very close to the venue where I had a course. Overall, location is good. 2. They offer a basic breakfast and a decent dinner - that is rare to find in hotels like this. 3. There was an option of a non-shared room. 4. Comfortable mattress, blankets and pillows
