Great central location and easy for trams and buses around the city. The complimentary light breakfast was good and had a selection of snacks & hot drinks to set you up for the morning.

the original room had a very uncomfortable mattress and we did not sleep well. we notified reception the next morning and were immediately moved into a new room. Very friendly and accommodating. we also accidentally left a phone charger in the original room and the service staff were able to find it and return it. very happy with service.

Very cozy, includes a microwave and fridge, bed is nice, shower is great, really nice helpful staff, and love the access to coffee, tea, and pastries in the lobby.
