Please note that due to government restrictions a booking for the use of the pool is essential up to and including the 21st June 2021, please contact the hotel directly to organise this.An anti-allergy deep cleaning fee of 30 GBP for one dog and 50 GBP for two dogs will apply. For stays longer than 7 days, an additional weekly fee of 50 GBP applies. Maximum of two dogs per room applies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, and very professional. The room was clean and large. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety of food on offer. Again staff were attentive to detail. We used the swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. Facilities were clean and staff ensured everything flowed smoothly. They kept tables clean, clearing away used plates immediately. Well prepared tasty food. We had a fantastic experience avcd felt we were important to staff. Every member of staff we interacted with showed an interest in ensuring we were looked after. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the location, using the pool (however it was closed Saturday morning) we were relieved the pool was open by the afternoon. The room was ok, it was clean, and had enough space. We enjoyed the selection for breakfast.

Booking.com did not book what we asked for. Becky Stevens in reception went to a lot of trouble to sort out the problem Booking.com created. She is a star. Tresilda Fernandes in reception also listened carefully to our problem and carefully reported to management. Richard Muller and Leslie De Sousa in the dining room were excellent and very helpful.
