The fine print
Early check-in is sometimes possible. Guest can request this. Host may not be able to confirm availability of this until the day of arrival. Where early check-in is confirmed, there is a £25.00 additional cost per reservation payable prior to, or upon, arrival. Guest to arrive at the agreed (early) time. In some instances, access to the bedroom is possible. The remainder of early check-ins will include no bedroom access, instead bag drop-off and access to a bathroom, and the kitchen.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Ideal location for my journey south. Warm and clean. Bob is a friendly and welcoming host. Good size rooms. Plenty of parking. Nice quiet surroundings. Though there is no food available there is a very well equipped family size kitchen available for use by the guests together with a large utility room. There is also a massive lounge area with a huge collection of books and dvds.
