The house is really spacious, and well equipped. The fireplace in and outside the house (with ample wood) is really welcomed especially in winter. The walking trails on the farm is lovely to do with the family. The early morning coffee on the stoep, over-looking the mountains, and listening to the birds chirp is something to remember. The last 2km of dirt road to the house is easy to navigate, but does require some skill when very wet. All part of the adventure. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay in a beautiful old manor. There are some areas of the property that need cleaning up. The owner was very helpful and communicated well and came immediately when there wasn’t something we needed to start the fire. Would recommend for a lovely peaceful stay in an old historic house. There are even baboons in the paddocks!!
