Host welcomed us, Lovely room with small kitchen area and bathroom. Secure parking on the drive. Wine, beer, fresh coffee available with an honesty box. Good shower and tv where one of us could watch the Chelsea game!!! Nice shared pool area with table and chairs and a huge braii which we were able to use. Good freshly cooked breakfast in the main house at a time that suited us. Laundry done for a small fee. Short walk to a lovely main street with tourist office, shops and excellent restaurants. Lovely walks and nature park a short drive away and a good golf course.

We received a warm welcome. The room was really lovely and clean. The garden setting was lovely. It was also close to the location we needed to be in during the day.

We’ve stayed here before & find it an excellent place to stay near to restaurants too. It’s a great stop over or a place to enjoy the beauty of Swellendam. Lidia is a wonderful host.
