Nice quiet location, very peaceful. Plenty of walks nearby, very accessible to the A1 and nearby coastal towns.

It was a lot more spacious than I was expecting and was extremely clean. The sofa was very comfortable, as was the bed - we had an excellent night’s sleep. The kitchen was very well -equipped and had everything we needed - we loved that there was an air fryer too! Liked that there was an en-suite toilet in the main bedroom and the shower was very hot and powerful. Lovely location of the lodge, didn’t feel overlooked at all and the fairy lights around the balcony outside was a lovely touch.

The lodge was spotless. bedding and towels supplied to a very high standard. Everything you needed was supplied and the welcome tray was a lovely touch.

Perfect location, we were visiting family in Wooler and Ashington so was spot on half way. Very welcoming, very comfortable, fully equipped with little added extras. Amazing place to stay.
