Great location and lovely apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a long (or short) stay, just buy your food and you are good to go!! Great views from the apartment with balconies to sit out looking out over the boats and yachts in the marina and the city beyond (10 minute pleasant walk to centre). Literally a few minutes walk to the nearby beach and promenade, nice sandy beach and a promenade to stroll, or if you had cycles (which we did not), it would be great to cycle along the seafront towards the Mumbles area.

The property was very clean with added little extras for our convenience. Beautiful views of the area. Great location being within walking distance to the marina, supermarkets, beach and the town. Great facilities too, even a yoga mat !!

Fabulous location for what we wanted. Good access to some excellent cafes and restaurants around the marina and easy walk into the centre of swansea. Really comfy apartment - bright and airy with lovely views.
