The location and balcony overlooking the Marina is enjoyable. Close to local bars and restaurants. Just needs new carpets and 2 modern mattresses, and new rug. A couple of bottles of water or a water filter option on arrival would be nice and at least one power socket with a USB and C charging option is necessary now.
