Comfortable and clean room, very quiet at the back of the house and would have also been quiet at the front as the road and town quieten in the evening. But with the windows open in the quiet of night I thought I could still hear the waves on the beach which was fab. Very nice welcome from Chris, and everything I could need was in the room. Lovely en-suite shower room - really good shower and lovely hot water. Tea and coffee, milk and biscuits 🍪 were lovely too. Everything was very clean, well thought out and comfortable.

Very friendly couple. Very helpful. Comfy bed with good facilities. Breakfast was cracking and served in the room. Very handy for town/beach etc
