Excellent location for a quick walk to the beach and amenities in Swanage. The family room was large and very comfortable. Would recommend this location for families and couples alike.

Kindness and welcome when forgot pin number at desk! Staff helpful at all times. Beautiful grounds full of flowers in an interesting old building. Very nice breakfast with extra choices eg scrambled egg if requested. Coffee exceptionally good Comfortable bed room and cleaning perfect
