Lovely hosts ,made very welcome, was offered a full breakfast everyday even though I had not booked any. The breakfast choice is excellent providing you book the day before. Ample parking. Ideal location short walk to beach , steam trains and lots of walks .

Very nice place indeed, our host was most welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size with it's own en-suite shower/wc. Breakfast (additional £10 pp) was exceptional with a vast choice or you could have the lot. Close enough to the Swanage railway and town centre, a gentle stroll gets you there..

Breakfast was excellent - full cooked English breakfast (and it was hot!!!), toast, jam and marmalade, fresh fruit salad individually prepared with Greek yogurt plus pot of tea or coffee - exceptional value. Room was not the biggest but comfortable bed and easy to use shower with plenty of hot water. Great location - near the beach and the town with lots of independent shops and cafes. Parking at the hotel was a bonus.
