The fine print
Please note that this accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults; 2 in the main bedroom (kingsize) and 2 on the lounge sofa bed (small double). It will also accommodate 2 small children in the twin room (twin beds) as the twin beds are small and would suit up to 12 years of age. Please also note that, as referred to above, we provide duvets and pillows but NOT duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases or towels, so you will need to bring these items yourself.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautiful property and location. So peaceful and relaxing. All the info the property and surrounding areas was super helpful. Very comfortable holiday home. I shall miss the spectacular view!

The views and location were one of the best in the park. We were so pleased to have a breath taking views like that. The place was clean, comfortable and just perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and makes me want to change my mattress at home. 5* The owners were so accommodating and went out of their way to help us. We stay in swanage every year and I think this was our favourite visit and will definitely be returning to this beautful home I can’t fault it.

Great location and the van was super clean and in good condition. It was helpful to have information about the beds so I could bring the right size bedding along. The swimming pool was warm and a good size too (you can buy tickets/entry from reception).

Very clean and tidy and good cooking facilities. Easy 20 minute walk into the town centre. Views are exceptional.
