The first hotel out of more than 100’s that I’m giving a 10. It’s a resort and a spa all in one, it’s the place to be for families with children. The pools inside are not deep so even for non swimmers this is the best. Also made so that children can stand up at the sides. Everything was thought out into detail. There is enough activity in and out of the hotel. They even have a fast charger for EV!

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of spending some time in the wellness area, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The facilities are immaculate, the atmosphere is serene, and everything is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and recharge. A special mention goes to the young woman named Consolatar in charge of the wellness area. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always welcoming. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain the services available and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her warmth and attention to detail genuinely elevated the experience. I highly recommend taking some time to enjoy the wellness center – it’s a true highlight of the hotel and well worth a visit!

The thermal pools, steam room were great and outdoor pool slides for the kids. The view from the breakfast room was nice and the interior was nice. Parking facilities were good and especially having an electric car charging facility. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood is wonderful, the landscape is fascinating, the hotel rooms are nicely decorated.
