2nd time stayed at this amazing hotel.Beautiful garden ; very friendly staff ; comfortable room . Train station is about 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel .

The hotel is clean and well-furbished, living up to Pan Pac’s standard! Beds are comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities are provided and water pressure from the shower is splendid! The hotel is huge with lots of facilities - there is even a garden within the property that is free for hotel guests to patronise. Apparently, Pan Pac Suzhou’s garden is one of the tourist attractions in Suzhou. We were in luck…! ☺️ Hotel aside, there is a convenience store and bakery selling yummy bread that is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.
