The owner of the apartments met us personally, explained everything in detail, the apartment is located in a new building. The renovation is fresh, everything you need is there. I recommend. Polecam serdecznie.

It's allowed to smoke on balcony, Smart TV for Netflix or YouTube, Underground parking with distant remote, Kitchen with water boiler, microwave oven and electric stove, fridge is bigger than in most of hotels. Private appartement, owners speak both English and Russian languages. Just have to precise that at reservation.
