Clean, accommodating, a lot of facilities to use. They accommodated my last minute request for dinner! Dinner experience with Oshinagaki was 💯 added to my core experiende in Japan!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Really enjoyed the foot bath and the onsen available. The onsen here in particular is open until very late, and as someone not entirely used to the public bath culture in Japan, being able to go late and enjoy a soak alone was nice. The room was decently sized too and comfortable. They served more of a traditional Japanese breakfast and I have to say it was nice and quite the experience. Lake Suwa is literally across the road from the hotel too.

Room was nice although a bit older looking but had everything you need. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was incredible and very helpful.
