We were very late on arrival but even at night the service was absolutely great. From then on it was only getting better. The 360° view on the property is breath taking! The owners and staff are so friendly. They really make you feel like home and gave us great tips on what to visit. We could also eat at the Poggio Belvento and the food is delicious. We appreciated that we could talk to the chef and to get to know local food. This was a perfect stay, we couldn't have asked for more

- excellent location, on the top of a tuscan hill, silence area, feeric view - overall good cleanliness - good breakfast although it could be a bit more diversified (incl. some vegetables) - newly built/renovated location, everything is new inside - nice hosts, a family which did all they could to meet our expectations (even though they do not speak English, but Italian only, nevertheless we managed to understand each other since we're speaking a bit of Italian) - professional receptionist (Marta) which seem to be involved in every aspect of running this business, we hope she is correctly paid for all her efforts - Mila - a german shepherd so fluffy and sweet, she likes to be pet and gets angry when you stop doing it
