The location was what we expected and the fishing pond was excellent with a well stocked and well kept lake with the fish in excellent condition. 100%

This place was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the little packs of shower gel, soap, shampoo etc. It was very dog friendly with both outside areas fully fenced, seating provided and nicely finished. Parking next to the property. The location was great, very close to Sutton On Sea and Mablethorpe.

Anne was a lovely and helpful host. The location of the holiday cottage is beautiful and very handy for Sutton on Sea. The cottage is very clean, comfy and with excellent facilities. Had a great time.

Really enjoyed our stay.so peaceful and Sutton just down the road and Alford 6 miles away .
