Guests who do not comply with this policy and smoke inside the room will have to pay a fine of £300 to cover the costs of cleaning the room and the business loss.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean, spacious room and nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Staff friendly and bed sufficiently comfortable. Live music on weekend nights. Large free carpark. In a great location in Sutton Coldfield near food, shopping and entertainment aswel as near the train station with access to Birmingham City centre in around 15mins.
